Mam upetya punar janma duhkhalayam ashashvatam, napnuvanti mahatmanah samsiddhim paramam gatah

Having attained Me, the great souls are no longer subject to rebirth in this temporary world of misery, having achieved the highest perfection.

Man-mana bhava mad-bhakto mad-yaji mam namaskuru, mam evaisyasi yuktvaivam atmanam mat-parayanah

Always think of Me, be devoted to Me, worship Me, and bow down to Me. Uniting yourself with Me in this way, with Me as your supreme goal, you will certainly come to Me.

Etam vibhutim yogam ca mama yo vetti tattvatah, so 'vikalpena yogena yujyate natra samshayah

One who knows in truth this divine glory and power of Mine becomes united with Me through unwavering yoga — of this there is no doubt. Genuine knowledge of the Lord's vibhutis (divine manifestations) is not mere intellectual information but a living realisation that itself becomes a form of yoga.

Bhaktyā tv ananyayā śhakya aham evaṁ-vidho 'rjuna, jñātuṁ draṣhṭuṁ cha tattvena praveṣhṭuṁ cha parantapa

Only through exclusive devotion can I be known as I am, seen directly, and entered into, O Arjuna.

Mayy eva mana ādhatsva mayi buddhiṁ niveśhaya, nivasiṣhyasi mayy eva ata ūrdhvaṁ na sanśhayaḥ

Fix your mind on Me alone and let your intellect dwell upon Me. Thereafter, you shall certainly live in Me. Of this, there is no doubt.

Bhaktyā mām abhijānāti yāvān yaśh chāsmi tattvataḥ, tato māṁ tattvato jñātvā viśhate tad-anantaram

Only through devotion can one know Me as I am, in truth. Having known Me in essence, one immediately enters into Me.

Always think of Me, be devoted to Me, worship Me, and offer obeisance to Me. Doing so, you will certainly come to Me. This is My pledge to you, for you are My dear friend.
