Tasmad yasya maha-baho nigrhitani sarvashah, indriyanindriyarthebhyas tasya prajna pratishthita

Therefore, O mighty-armed Arjuna, one whose senses are completely restrained from their objects is established in steady wisdom.

For one who is self-realized, there is nothing to be gained by performing duty, nor anything lost by not performing it. Such a person has no need to depend on any being for anything.

Mac-chitta mad-gata-prana bodhayantah parasparam, kathayantash cha mam nityam tushyanti cha ramanti cha

With minds absorbed in Me and lives dedicated to Me, enlightening one another and always speaking of Me, they derive great satisfaction and delight.
